“One of our most favorite food tours!
Highly recommended!
Dave led us on a fabulous walking tour of downtown Palm Springs, starting at Marilyn and the Palm Springs Art Museum café. He interspersed local architecture and early Palm Springs history (including celebrity stories!) with delicious food stops at hidden gem locations. Dave has a wealth of knowledge, and he’s a great storyteller. It was a hot day, but it was a compact tour (not too much walking between stops) sticking to the shady side of the street :)
Be hungry for lots of food, drink, and fascinating Palm Springs history!”

“We were celebrating our 22nd anniversary in Palm Springs, and even though we have been to Palm Springs many times, we wanted to experience something new.... and Dave's tour gave us everything we wanted and so much more. We highly recommend this tour. You will get the history of Palm Springs, white eating at some of the best spots in Downtown Palm Springs. “Dave Ball had a seemingly endless supply of facts and stories about the history and architecture of Palm Springs and the celebrities who have spent time here. Even more impressive than the extent of his knowledge were the enthusiasm and sense of humor he displayed while engaging all of his passengers. “We’ve been visiting the desert for almost 30 years, and while I’d heard stories of Hollywood celebrities past and present in Palm Springs, I never imagined the rich history that was hiding in plain sight.
